Ambient will work local government to define achievable, quantifiable and tangible aims for the site, whilst responding to specific practical and financial viabilities associated with the specific development.

Masterplanners

Sustainability advice provided at early stages can help to achieve planning consents. Ambient is often appointed to provide:

• Specialist advice on site wide energy & environmental strategies
• Demonstrate that planning requirements will be met
• Develop renewable energy technologies
• Prepare funding applications for UK and European funding schemes

Design Advice

Ambient works closely with the design team to provide design advice. The advice will be tailored specifically to meet the individual clients needs, our scope may include providing advice on:

• Strategic Environmental Assessments of emerging masterplans
• Preperation of site specific energy & environemntal design codes
• Total water management strategies (water conservation through to sustainable drainage strategies)
• Renewable energy strategies
