Offices
BREEAM for Offices is the world's most widely used means of reviewing and improving the environmental performance of office buildings. It can be carried out on both new and existing office buildings, whether they are occupied or not, as follows:
- New build or refurbishment: Design and Procurement BREEAM
- Existing office (empty): Core BREEAM
- Existing office (occupied): Management and Operation BREEAM
Buildings are awarded a Pass, Good, Very Good or Excellent under the BREEAM 2006 for Offices scheme. BREEAM Offices is revised every autumn to ensure that it remains representative of current best practice and takes account of technical and legislative changes.
