BREEAM for Offices is the world's most widely used means of reviewing and improving the environmental performance of office buildings. It can be carried out on both new and existing office buildings, whether they are occupied or not.

Buildings are awarded a Pass, Good, Very Good or Excellent and Outstanding under the BREEAM 2008 for Offices scheme. BREEAM Offices is revised on a regular basis to ensure that it remains representative of current best practice and takes account of technical and legislative changes.
